One-to-one
Self-assessments, 360° feedback and one-to-one coaching help individuals within your company prepare and cope with change in a better way by finding out how they see their role and what their fears are. 

Group work
Our workshops cover a range of key questions to help change mindsets and behaviours to cope better with change. These cover topics such as why people are resistant to change and ways of working that will make change easier.

Diagnostic tools
We use specially developed tools to examine how change effects everything in your organisation from environment, levels of trust, lines of authority, psychological safety, celebrating success and innovation

Change starts with individuals - It’s a mindset. Firstly, we use a ½ day workshop, self-assessment, 360 degree feedback and 1-2-1 coaching to prepare individuals who form a team, department or entire business to embrance change.

Experience tells us that businesses need to support and promote the change of behaviours occurring during a programme of change. To help with this we would suggest a series of ½ day workshops tackling the new behaviours.
