1. HR Business Partnering
We can partner with your HR or Operations teams to be your advisors and help mentor or coach internal capability to create a strong and purposeful people strategy. Our coaching support is usually delivered via monthly sessions over 12 months.
2. HR on-call
SME’s often need ongoing support with their people practices, without the cost of an HR Manager. We are your remote HR department and help you deal with issues, challenges and legislative updates you need it most. More expertise and less cost.

1. Change Workshops
We have developed a series of workshops designed to help leaders and teams understand, create, implement and sustain change for the longer term. The programme includes pre- and post-work so that leaders leave with a change plan fit for purpose.

We work with you either after attending the Change Workshops or separately to support you and your business through the change at each stage, from diagnostics and planning through to engagement and buy-in.
