Strive to Thrive

April 28 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Strive to Thrive on the morning of the 28th April in Citation, Glasgow joins together a range of topic leaders & experts to discuss challenges, wins and implementation of diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging practices into businesses.

With a series of speaker sessions, including a panel, we’ll create space for you to have your questions answered and learn practical tips you can implement straight away.

Strive to Thrive will help you get started, or spur you on, in your journey to building belonging to help people Thrive in work and business.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging can have different connotations for everybody. The words alone can create understanding, but it is the actions (or lack of) that can create the meaning behind them. This is the difference between being able to make workspaces that allow every individual to Thrive rather than fail: it's about broadening the talent pool, pushing boundaries of what your business can achieve and creating opportunity. The opportunities in creating D, E, I & B have endless benefits but the sea of information can be overwhelming. It can be hard to know where to start or what to do to create workplaces that people can belong to.

We’re delighted to have Project Ability as our charity event partners. Speakers include the incredible Lisa Charlwood-Green from Network Rail & Founder of WOW Network and Viana Maya the Founder and CEO at pRESPECT and pRESPECT HUB CIC.
