Principally Women
Our Principally Women programme is designed to help senior women business leaders in growth companies to support their company to scale up.
The programme is delivered in partnership with Scottish Enterprise and levelled at emerging leaders currently in, or bound for, senior leadership positions within companies with a minimum of £400K turnover with real growth potential.
Delivery spans over a period of 8 months comprising of eight full-day workshops delivered face-to-face or virtually. The workshops are supported by a learning web portal, 121 coaching and additional networking and learning sessions.
