What the Programme Covers

Our hybrid learning programme is made up with live virtual classes and workshops, social and self-directed learning through our app. The programme is aimed at managers at all levels across all industries. The programme consists of 6 virtual workshops, each lasting 3 hours.

Live Learning

Each workshop is designed against our learning principles:

Concrete: Real life situations – what are you doing now, what is the impact & outcomes?

Abstract: Tools, assessment data, and the required changes

Emotional: Making memorable, emotional connections to the method and the outcome

Application: In the programme, in the workplace, and shared with other contributors.

Context: How it contributes to the business, personal & organisational values, how it can impact culture. 

Self-Directed Learning

In addition to the workshops, we offer ‘hacks’*. These are deep dives into a specific aspect of the workshops.

These could be:

Video Training: exploring skills development and application in more detail

Downloadable Guides: giving guidance and tips on how to conduct a particular task or process

Job Aid: cheat sheets and checklists to assist with application in the workplace.

Social Learning

We know that people learn best from others and with this in mind we have taken as many opportunities to do this including:

Digital launch event

Peer reviews mid way and at the  conclusion of the programme. 

Learning App which encourages contributors to share and discuss learning throughout the programme.
