The 'SuperPowered' Manager

Our world and our workplace have changed, and this has created a greater need for us to prepare our people to succeed.

Transforming from a face to face, to a remote or to a hybrid culture, can be complex and we know that these uncertainties require refreshed & supercharged knowledge to navigate the best way forward.

Our 'SuperPowered' Manager programme enables your people managers to understand these challenges and equips them with new skills & confidence to transform results, build positive work cultures and engage teams; both in a virtual and face to face world.  We call these skills 'superpowers'.

Our hybrid learning programme is made up with live virtual classes and workshops, social and self-directed learning through our app. The programme is aimed at managers at all levels across all industries.

We have designed two levels of programme The SuperPowered Manager and SuperPowered Ultra which enables you to choose the right level to suit your needs and we’d be happy to advise you at any stage on which would work best for you.

What makes it super?

Live learning

The programme consists of 6 virtual workshops, each lasting 3 hours.

Each workshop is designed against our design principles which are:

Concrete: real life situations – what are you doing now and what is the impact on self, team, and outcomes

Abstract: present tools, assessment outcome data (individual and collective) and the required change

Emotional: Make it memorable via emotional connections to the method and the outcome.

Application: In the programme, in the workplace and shared with other contributors via stories from the front.

Context: How this growth contributes to business priorities, to personal and organisational values and how it can impact culture and communities.

Self-directed learning

In addition to the workshops, we are offering ‘hacks’. These are short but deep dives into a specific aspect of the workshops.

These could be a mixture of pre-recorded webinars exploring skills development and application in more detail or short ‘how to guides’ in the form of downloadable documents giving guidance and tips on how to conduct a particular task or process or finally a ‘job aid’ in the form of a cheat sheet or checklist to assist application in the workplace.

Social learning

We know that people learn best from others and with this in mind we have taken as many opportunities to do this. From the digital launch event to incorporating peer reviews mid way and at the  conclusion of the programme.  The learning app also encourages contributors to share and discuss learning throughout the programme.
