Lanarkshire Women In Business

Connect Three delivered four successful women-led leadership programmes in Scotland in 2021 and 2022 before we partnered with North and South Lanarkshire Councils to deliver a Lanarkshire Women in Business (LWIB) programme aimed at boosting the number of women-led businesses in their local area.

LWIB offered fully funded workshops and 1-2-1 mentorship from some of Scotland’s leading female business coaches to build confidence, skills and knowledge for women in business to Start Up or Step Up in their leadership roles.

Merck Learning Academy

Merck’s Ayrshire based facility had a need for upskilling internally, and wanted to provide a training and outreach centre to increase recruitment from the local community. The big goal was to create a Learning Academy which would provide onboarding training, recruitment-oriented introductions, and internal upskilling in order to improve employee experience, loyalty and overall expertise.

NHS Lanarkshire Pharmacist Leaders

Connect Three delivered a tailored Leadership Development Programme to 140 Pharmacists in leadership roles (Band 7) including a peer support forum in between workshops.  The goal was to help the leaders to gain a fuller understanding of themselves and others; become better collaborators and leaders; and build a peer support network.

The Institute of Occupational Medicine

Connect Three partnered with IOM and together we helped shape elements of the strategy and linked this back to their newly defined purpose and values. We then looked at ways to bring this alive for the workforce. This resulted in creating their first Strategy booklet that was professionally designed which made the information clear and accessible to the entire workforce. Read the first case study here. We transitioned from face-to-face to a digital delivery of this Supervisory and Management programme and while that was not the ideal situation, the whole programme was very well received.
