NHS Lanarkshire Pharmacist Leaders
Connect Three delivered a tailored Leadership Development Programme to 140 Pharmacists in leadership roles (Band 7) including a peer support forum in between workshops. The goal was to help the leaders to gain a fuller understanding of themselves and others; become better collaborators and leaders; and build a peer support network.

The Institute of Occupational Medicine
Connect Three partnered with IOM and together we helped shape elements of the strategy and linked this back to their newly defined purpose and values. We then looked at ways to bring this alive for the workforce. We transitioned from face-to-face to a digital delivery of this Supervisory and Management programme and while that was not the ideal situation, the whole programme was very well received.
