Are you full of ideas? Love making things look good? We’re looking for a Part Time Content Creator who can bring bold, fresh ideas to life through video, imagery, graphics, copy or whatever else you imagine up!

In this flexible role you will be working with our Marketing Manager to plan and curate engaging content through collaborating with our talented C3 team to reach the right audience at the right time, showcasing Connect Three and growing our already engaged audience.

 

What we're looking for

  • A great eye for detail, knowing what looks good and is on brand
  • Full of ideas and creative curiosity
  • Ability to execute, schedule and manage your time
  • Experience with Canva and experimental with digital AI tools

Key tasks

  • Growth of a B2B and B2C audience – particularly increasing our audience on LinkedIn and our Monthly Newsletter.
  • Showcase C3, product offerings, events, workshops, webinars, and networking sessions in engaging ways on relevant social media platforms/channels.
  • Assist in developing social media comms plans and content.
  • Create engaging content (including video, imagery, polls and graphics) for social media platforms and assist in managing social media accounts.
  • Use market trends and audience research to identify target audiences, and allow us to explore relevant social media platforms to understand what lands and works with the result of increased engagement and sales.
  • Provide general marketing support to support sales generation.

Technical bits…

  • This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend.
  • You will be expected to work 12 hours a week, with flexibility in scheduling.
  • The specific days required can be agreed, based on availability and needs, monthly in advance with your manager.
  • We support working from home, and will help you get set up wherever you are. Monday is our team anchor day, where everybody comes together in the office.
  • As our Content Creator, we would love you to attend company and client events with us, including Team Days & speaking opportunities but will support your schedule in doing so. If this is above & beyond your weekly 12 hours, you will be remunerated for you time at your hourly wage of £13p/hr.

Pay & Benefits

  • The selected candidate will receive £13hr in line with our real living wage policies and commitments.
  • We will require you to timesheet your time spent and will measure your efforts based on outcomes.
  • Due to the time commitment of 12 hours per week, you will receive the basic legislative conditions such as sick pay, pension and holiday pay on a pro rata basis.
  • You will be entitled to Team Perks including team lunches, gifting and monthly book allowance.

Your Brief Submission
It’s our 10th Birthday Party soon and we need social media assets to promote the upcoming event that we’re throwing to celebrate. We need:

  • A social media asset and some copy for sharing on LinkedIn. Use relevant #’s or tags (if you want to).
  • A header image and a 140 word description for Eventbrite sign ups to attend.
