PROJECTS COORDINATOR
Location: C3 HQ, Glasgow (Hybrid Working)
Part Time: 20 hours per week across 3-4 days. Work flexibly to suit you and the business.
Salary: We’re proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, £13.45 per hour
INTRO
Connect Three is a dynamic and fast-moving organisation managing several projects (sometimes over 20!) concurrently with little room for error. Your role is to step into the day-to-day project needs and efficiently coordinate the project delivery processes to ensure clients receive a consistently high quality service.
You will report directly into our Head of Operations and work closely with our Operations, Finance and Delivery teams to help manage our projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, key dates, and resources with clients and consultants.
- Assisting in planning and organising multiple projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
- Owning the coordination and synchronisation of tasks and administrative duties.
- Creating and maintaining project trackers, spreadsheets, and client documents.
- Monitoring and analysing performance data, identifying themes and recommending actions.
- Conducting internal project reviews and capturing lessons learned.
- Serving as a point of contact for clients regarding updates and information requests.
- Preparing meeting agendas, capturing actions, and following up.
- Ensuring evaluation and feedback data is captured and reported.
- Supporting additional project activities such as focus groups or interviews.
