MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: C3 HQ, Glasgow (Hybrid Working)
Part Time: 20 hours per week across 3-4 days.

INTRO
This is a creative, hands‑on role in a fast paced, forward thinking B2B Learning Consultancy. As our Marketing & Sales Executive, you’ll help bring the Connect Three brand to life across our platforms.
You’ll be creating engaging, meaningful content that builds awareness, sparks curiosity and supports our wider client engagement. You’ll take a lead on crafting socials, executing campaigns, audience management and designing engaging email content to share the Connect Three story.
With opportunity to grow and learn this role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing journey, or returning to the workplace, who has a desire to work across the entire marketing and client journey.

SOMEONE WITH...
- A strong interest and curiosity in marketing, content and design,
- Confidence using tools such as Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey or similar,
- Great attention to detail who can write clearly and think creatively,
- Imagination and Curiosity! Proactive and eager to learn,
- Confident talking with clients,
- Ability to meet deadlines,
- A boldness to experiment with creative ideas and formats.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation (30%)
- Create visual and written content for social media, blog and print
- Design graphics, carousels and reels aligned to our brand identity
- Assist with photography, video capture and basic editing
- Repurpose long‑form content into short, engaging social posts
Social Media Management (20%)
- Schedule and manage posts across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Engage through comments, messages and community interaction
- Track fundamental performance metrics and identify what content resonates
Marketing & Sales Support (50%)
- Lead on creation of Connect Three newsletters (client and internal)
- Assist with campaign launches and promotions
- Support personalised and targeted outreach comms
- Maintain and update the C3 website
- Ensure brand consistency and tone across all marketing outputs
- Experiment with new ideas and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Support with event co-ordination, follow up and planning
- Support with proposals, awards and accreditation applications
- Support with sales admin
