This is Management is our flagship management programme that shares the latest thinking and core skills, with an emphasis on how ideas are applied in your real-world context. Our 6 full-day workshops define the role of the modern manager and encapsulate effective communication, problem-solving & innovation, motivating and empowering others, managing performance, and coaching & delegation.
You will be provided with a host of re-usable resources via our tailor-made community portal, receive peer mentoring, 1:1 coaching, Insights Discovery Profiling and work on goal-setting.
Over 3 months you’ll enjoy creating a network with up to 15 other learners on your cohort, plus access to an exclusive learning community with all previous attendees.
