Why Insights Discovery?
Simple language, easy to remember and impactful results are a few of the key reasons we love using Insights for every industry.
A 20-minute questionnaire unlocks your personalised 18-page report diving into colour energy preferences, what this means for your self awareness and understanding self and others. This includes key chapters on Communication, Blind Spots, Opposite Types and Suggestions for Development.
Alongside receiving your 18-page report and a mini video ‘C3: An intro to Insights’, the first workshop is designed to educate on the strengths and weaknesses of each colour preference, understand and improve self-awareness and better understand how to work with others in the business who are the same or who have opposing styles and preferences.
Every following workshop will also incorporate Insights themes.
6 Full Day Workshops
Our workshops are delivered 9.30am-4pm with a range of delivery methods (In person, Virtual & Hybrid). Please note that on in person days, lunch is included for each person.
1.The Self Aware Manager:
Together we explore your role as a manager and role modelling for your team. Using psychometric tools to uncover your own styles and preferences, how do this change you as a manager?
2.Communicate and Persuade with Purpose:
Mastering your communication for impact, influencing and connecting to your team to get the biggest impact and return from your empowered team.
3.Driving Team Success:
Tools and techniques to empower individuals and your team to unlock their potential, leading to lift others and building team capacity whilst doing so.
4.Coaching with Clarity, Delegating with Confidence:
Clarity on the who, when, how, why and what of utilising your team to succeed. We lock in core coaching and delegation tools you can be confident to use.
5.Unleash Potential to THRIVE:
Gain confidence in managing individual performance to unleash hidden potential, drive success and create an empowered team. How can we get everyone on board using our THRIVE model?
6.From Curiosity to Creativity:
Deep dive into the complexity, opportunity and fun within AI, Sustainability and Team Dynamics. We explore how can we create a culture of innovation and growth.
Coaching Sessions
Throughout our coaching, we use various tools and methods to get the most from the sessions. We can use the Insights Discovery profiles when understanding self, team and collaboration. Our coaching will discover strengths, gaps, preferences for communication and working with others.
Each manager is paired with an experienced and Accredited Coach for the 2 x 60-min Coaching Sessions. There is optionality to go deeper into exploring the Insights profile, using a session to explore the profile in more detail with a Licensed Insights Practitioner.
Coaching can be used flexibly throughout the programme, but we do recommend these are utilised at the mid-point and post programme. The time of each session will be agreed between the Coach and Coachee.
Final Reflections
Our favourite day at the end of a programme! We ask all attendees to invite a manager or business leader along to this final session to hear about their journey, learnings and commitments for the future.
This is an opportunity to celebrate success, showcase wins and development with peers, managers and business leaders.
After a short 10 minute presentation from each attendee, we wrap up the programme with certificates, a ‘Postcard to Myself’ and a celebratory lunch.
