Managing People for Growth
Our Managing People for Growth programme of workshops and support is designed to enable managers to become fully effective in their role as people managers by giving them access to tools and learning to help set them up for success.
Delivery spans over a period of four months comprising of six full-day workshops delivered virtually, plus a 60-min 121 coaching session. The workshops are supported by approximately four hours of practical application through our bespoke learning portal.
Through our interactive, practical and fun learning style at the workshops, you will have the opportunity to share experiences and develop new contacts.

Explore innovation through creative thinking, problem-solving and shared ownership tools and techniques.
121 Coaching
A 60-minute 121 session with a qualified and experienced coach to help you set goals for your future and consoldate your learning.
